Role and Responsibilities
- Handle trademark and copyright filings, oppositions, and registrations.
- Draft and review legal documents related to IPR.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on IP matters.
- Develop legal strategies for IP enforcement and protection.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognised University.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in Intellectual Property laws.
- Proficient in legal drafting and research.
