Scale Global is hiring for the position of Legal Associate Intern to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and contract law to support active matters.
• Prepare legal memoranda, briefing notes, and case summaries.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations alongside senior legal associates.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and internal policies.
• Help maintain organized legal documentation and contract databases.

Eligibility

• Final-year student or recent graduate from a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law program.
• Academic focus on corporate or contract law.
• Previous internship experience in legal drafting or corporate law (preferred).
