A US-based law firm is hiring for the position of Legal Associate Intern with 1-3+ years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance with U.S. immigration matters (e.g., green cards, work visas, spousal petitions).
• Conduct preliminary eligibility assessments and explain legal service offerings with confidence and clarity.
• Build trust through active listening, empathy, and accurate responses to client queries.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients by effectively communicating service packages, timelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with legal operations and case managers to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM and case management tools.
• Stay current on U.S. immigration policies and regulations to provide timely, relevant advice.
• Share client insights with the marketing and sales teams to support strategy refinement and conversion optimization.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB or JD equivalent) required; U.S. bar admission is a plus but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in immigration law or legal consulting, ideally in a client-facing or sales-focused role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
• Familiarity with U.S. immigration forms and procedures (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-765).
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and legal case management tools.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
