Details of the Job/Internship

World Legal Regulatory Council (WLRC) is hiring a Legal Intern – Cyber Law & FinTech Compliance for a 3-month onsite internship in Thane. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on amendments to the IT Act, RBI/SEBI regulations, and international data privacy frameworks.
• Draft technology contracts, compliance manuals, and petitions related to corporate disputes.
• Perform case law analysis and prepare detailed legal memos.
• Support senior counsel in developing compliance and dispute resolution strategies.
• Assist in preparing for client discussions and drafting professional correspondence.
• Contribute to compliance checklists and internal legal policies.
• Conduct comparative research for WLRC’s strategic initiatives.

Eligibility

• Only recent law graduates (degree completed).
• Strong academic or practical interest in Cyber Law, Financial Law, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
