Details of the Job/Internship

Inttl Advocare is hiring Associates for its IT and IP Litigation team with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters related to information technology and intellectual property laws.
• Work on issues involving intermediary liability and media laws.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other litigation documents with precision.
• Manage multiple deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Assist in court proceedings and case preparation as part of the litigation team.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Prior experience in IT and IP litigation is preferred.
• Exposure to intermediary liability and media law matters is an advantage.
• Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.

Salary/Stipend
