Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys is hiring for the position of Legal – JL6 to join their Bengaluru East office. The role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, drafting policies, monitoring processes, conducting compliance training, performing risk reviews, and advising stakeholders on regulatory mandates.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance programs, including drafting policies, defining system controls, and monitoring improvements.
• Conduct or oversee compliance training and education, including formal sessions and informal one-on-one instructions.
• Perform interviews with key stakeholders in high-risk processes to verify compliance with processes and legislation.
• Propose and monitor risk mitigation plans identified during process reviews.
• Implement and manage subsidiary compliance programs.
• Advise internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory mandates.
• Support in building organizational tone and culture in line with CIP requirements.
• Draft policies and administer the Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Eligibility

• Experience in providing training on compliance-related topics and developing web-based training modules.
• Experience in report development, and policy and procedure drafting in a multinational corporation.
• Experience in public speaking and business presentations.
• Knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Trade Controls, and Immigration laws.
• Independent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to adopt innovative approaches.
• Experience in handling change management.

Salary/Stipend
