Details of the Job/Internship
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer with 2-3 years of PQE to join their legal team in Anantapur. The candidate will play a critical role in handling land leasing and purchase transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and liaising with local stakeholders. Fluency in Telugu and English is essential to facilitate smooth communication and drafting.
Role and Responsibilities
Land Leasing and Purchase Transactions:
- Draft, review, and negotiate land lease and sale agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title verification, ownership checks, and review of legal documentation.
- Handle end-to-end processes for both leasing and purchase, ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Legal Advisory:
- Provide legal advice on land acquisition and leasing matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and policies governing land transactions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with landowners, brokers, local authorities, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Address and resolve disputes or challenges arising during leasing or purchase negotiations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed legal opinions, transaction summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and correspondence related to land leasing and purchase.
