Details of the Job/Internship
ContactPoint 360 is hiring a Legal Associate (Lawyer – BPO Services) with experience of 5–8 years to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing agreements, and supporting commercial and compliance requirements related to BPO and service operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and standardise clear and concise legal documents.
- Track changes, summarise, and consolidate Word documents.
- Organise and manage legal documentation and agreements efficiently.
- Support commercial constructs related to BPO pricing.
- Ensure alignment with IT, data, and compliance standards.
- Work closely with North American stakeholders and operate in EST hours.
- Use DocuSign and similar documentation tools effectively.
Eligibility
- 5–8 years of experience in the BPO or service industry.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Experience working with North American customers.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or related documentation platforms.
