Details of the Job/Internship
AasaanWill is hiring a Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves drafting customized Wills, interacting directly with clients including NRIs and HNIs, assisting with execution and registration processes, conducting awareness sessions, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote succession planning solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legally sound and customized Wills for clients, including NRIs and HNIs.
- Conduct doorstep visits to assist clients with Will execution, signatures, and legal guidance.
- Handle Will registration at the Sub-Registrar Office while ensuring compliance.
- Engage with leads, address client queries, and support onboarding.
- Collaborate with sales and legal marketing teams to promote awareness on Will writing and succession planning.
- Conduct awareness sessions on Will writing and succession planning.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in succession, property, or client-facing roles.
- Comfortable handling client calls, on-site visits, and providing legal guidance.
- Strong communication in English (Telugu/Kannada/Hindi is an advantage).
- Problem-solving ability with an empathetic approach.
- Prior experience with SRO processes, registrations, or notary work is a bonus.
