Aham Global Business Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in RS Puram, Coimbatore. The role involves supporting legal, compliance, and regulatory needs, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring corporate law compliance, and assisting internal departments with legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and company policies.
- Handle company filings, registrations, and documentation (ROC, MCA, etc.).
- Assist in resolving legal disputes, managing notices, and coordinating with external counsel.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Support internal departments with legal advice and documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant legislation and case law.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); additional qualifications such as LL.M or CS are a plus.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate law.
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate and commercial law.
- Good drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
