Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazaar is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation, Compliance & Corporate with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Greater Noida West.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end litigation matters from client briefing to hearings and closure.
• Represent clients before consumer forums, commercial courts, and judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
• Handle consumer disputes, breach of contract, recovery matters, and cheque bounce cases.
• Manage cases on the MSME Samadhaan portal including filing and tracking.
• Coordinate with external counsel where required.
• Ensure end-to-end compliance management and corporate law filings for clients.
• Assist clients in setting up compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, legal notices, replies, demand notices, and settlement agreements.
• Provide practical legal advice with a business-first approach and identify contractual risks.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
• Maintain trackers for litigation and compliance activities.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university with Bar Council enrolment.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience with core litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience in consumer litigation, contract disputes, recovery matters, and compliance management.
• Experience with the MSME Samadhaan portal.
• Ability to draft contracts independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in legal tech, LPO, managed legal services, corporate advisory, ROC filings, NCLT matters, and POSH compliance is desirable.

Salary/Stipend
