Details of the Job/Internship

The Young Jurist is hiring a Legal Associate for its Litigation & Corporate Team in New Delhi (onsite). The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, corporate law, and legal advisory.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Advising clients on corporate and regulatory compliance.
• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Assisting in dispute resolution and arbitration cases.
• Collaborating with internal teams and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation and corporate law.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Experience in handling court procedures and corporate legal matters.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
