Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazar is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution with 3–4 years of experience to join its Greater Noida West office.

Role and Responsibilities

Litigation & Dispute Resolution:

• Manage end-to-end litigation matters from briefing to closure.
• Appear before Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions at District, State, and National levels.
• Handle breach of contract disputes and draft notices, replies, and pleadings.
• Manage delayed payment recovery matters including MSME Samadhaan portal cases, Section 138 NI Act, and commercial court proceedings.
• File and track cases on the Samadhaan portal and maintain updated records.
• Coordinate with external advocates where required.

Contract Drafting & Review:

• Draft commercial contracts, legal notices, demand letters, and settlement agreements.
• Review contracts and provide risk assessments.
• Support senior team in contract review and audit assignments.

Client Communication & Reporting:

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates.
• Prepare concise reports after key developments.
• Participate in client meetings and explain legal matters clearly.
• Maintain a live litigation register with updated case status.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with Bar Council enrollment.
• 3–4 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
• Experience in consumer forum proceedings and MSME Samadhaan portal.
• Experience in breach of contract and recovery matters.
• Strong contract drafting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Salary/Stipend
