ARDEM Data Services is hiring a Legal Associate & Litigation Support professional to join their night shift team. The role involves handling high-volume legal data entry, clerical tasks, and providing litigation support for US legal projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of case data before entry.
- Locate and correct data entry errors.
- Compare data with source documents and re-enter for verification to detect errors.
- Review, fact-check, and process invoices.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Upload documents to e-portals, manage filing, scheduling, and other legal office support tasks.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding case updates.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Law.
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience.
- Litigation support experience is a plus.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Prior night shift experience mandatory.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
