Acelegal is hiring a Legal Associate (Litigation) with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day litigation tasks related to tax laws and real estate transactions.
- The role will involve providing support in the drafting of court documents and assisting seniors in hearings.
Eligibility
- Graduate from a recognized law school along with Sanad from BCMG.
- PQE: 2+ years.
- Understanding of litigation in Maharashtra.
- Previous experience in Tax laws and Real Estate Law in Maharashtra.
- Proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
