Details of the Job/Internship
AK Tiwari & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh, with immediate joining.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including cases and applications, with precision and clarity.
- Prepare brief notes for every case and work closely with senior lawyers for thorough case preparation.
- Conduct legal research to support drafting tasks.
- Manage client communications related to legal documentation.
- Independently appear and argue before the Courts, simplifying cases for better understanding.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and appearing before the Court.
- Prior work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
