AK TIWARI & ASSOCIATES is hiring Legal Associates (Litigation) to join their office at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Mall, Noida Extension. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing client communications, and appearing independently before courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, prepare cases, and applications with accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare brief notes for each case detailing all relevant information.
• Conduct legal research to support drafting and stay updated on laws and regulations.
• Manage communications with clients regarding legal documentation.
• Appear independently and argue cases before courts, ensuring clarity and effective presentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal drafting and court appearances.
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
