Role and Responsibilities
- Handle diverse civil litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, notices, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Appear in court and participate in case strategy.
- Interact with clients and manage procedural tasks.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi.
- Proven ability to draft pleadings, notices, agreements, and legal opinions independently.
- Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and client interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
