Badsha Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Chennai. The role requires strong drafting and research skills, along with a commitment to a long-term career in legal practice. Freshers will not be considered.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before Courts and Consumer Commissions.
- Conduct real estate due diligence.
- Handle clients.
- Manage trademark registration and appear before the Registry.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Based in Chennai.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil (written and spoken).
