Chambers of Aditya Lele is hiring for the position of Legal Associate - Litigation with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience, starting from December 2023.
Field of Practice: Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts in Mumbai and Thane & Bombay High Court
Eligibility
Education Qualification: LLB
Key Accountabilities:
- Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
- Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
- Appearance before: High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
- Good research skills
- Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
- Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
- Team Player
Skills Required
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise complex and often interrelated tasks.
- Good team player with a collaborative style of working.
