Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Advocate Aditya Lele is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (Sanad mandatory) to join their office in Mumbai from November 2025.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, notices, complaints, evidence affidavits, replies, rejoinders, writ petitions, and applications.
• Appear before the High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts, and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Assist in handling clients and supporting litigation teams.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Valid Sanad (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of CPC and civil laws.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Salary/Stipend
