Details of the Job/Internship
JR Compliance is seeking a confident and responsible Legal Associate (Litigation) who can independently manage litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle litigation matters, including drafting, research, and case strategy.
- Appear before various courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case notes.
- Coordinate with clients, senior advocates, and internal teams.
- Maintain and manage case files and documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and regular case updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
- Ability to independently manage cases, including court appearances.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
