Details of the Job/Internship

LEXIS AND COMPANY is hiring a Legal Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 1 year of hardcore litigation experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters before District Courts, High Courts, and allied tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and written submissions.
• Appear in courts, manage filings, and ensure procedural compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and provide case updates.
• Support revenue generation, billables, and client retention.
• Participate in business development, marketing visibility, and professional networking.
• Maintain firm standards in operations, discipline, documentation, and compliance.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth, reputation, and brand building.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of hardcore litigation experience in the Courts of Delhi. Only Delhi-based candidates are eligible. Candidates from NCR or other states are not eligible.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
