Details of the Job/Internship
Quad Law Associates is hiring a Legal Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its office in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role for a dedicated litigation lawyer. The associate will be involved in drafting and reviewing pleadings and court filings, conducting legal research and case law analysis, preparing hearing notes, assisting in litigation strategy, and coordinating with clients while supporting ongoing matters. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and industry practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, submissions, and other court filings.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
- Preparing notes for hearings and assisting in litigation strategy.
- Coordinating with clients and supporting ongoing litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting pleadings, including plaints, written statements, SLPs, and submissions.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
