Tushar Ahuja Law Office is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in New Friends Colony, Delhi. The practice spans Civil, Criminal, and Service Laws with regular appearances before the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench), Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various statutory tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings including complaints, suits, writs, applications, and replies.
• Assist and appear before courts and tribunals.
• Undertake case briefing, file management, and ensure procedural compliance.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year PQE in litigation.
• Must be based in or residing in Delhi.
• Fresh law graduates with a strong inclination toward litigation are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Stipend
