Tushar Ahuja Law Office is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation with 0–1 year of experience to join its office in New Friends Colony, Delhi. The role involves working on civil, commercial, and service law matters, with regular appearances before courts and tribunals. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, competence, and performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, including complaints, suits, writ petitions, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
• Assisting and appearing before courts and tribunals.
• Case briefing, file management, and procedural compliance.

Eligibility

• Candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Candidates based in Delhi.
• Fresh law graduates with strong academic and practical inclination towards litigation.

Salary/Stipend
