Details of the Job/Internship

Gathraj & Co. is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze cases and legal issues.
• Support the team in client consultations, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Assist in corporate legal advisory and provide tailored recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and documentation.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Residing in Ahmedabad (mandatory).
• Proactive, diligent, quick learner with the ability to work independently or in a small team.
• Strong knowledge of law, legal issues, and case analysis.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills in English; fluency in Gujarati is a plus.
• Prior internship or work experience in a law firm is advantageous.
• Interested in long-term association with a growth pathway to senior roles.

Salary/Stipend
