Details of the Job/Internship
Epiq is hiring a Legal Associate, LTS (Contract Management) with experience of 0–3 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and maintain a repository of agreements, notices, and legal documents.
- Review documents for relevancy, privilege, and data privacy.
- Participate in identifying missed relevancy or privilege issues and perform quality control.
- Conduct legal research and assist with industry-specific issues.
- Assist in drafting reports, findings, tables, exhibits, and charts.
- Review, annotate, abstract, and summarize various contracts including NDAs, license agreements, and MSAs.
- Work on CLM tools and adapt to new technologies.
- Perform compliance and due diligence tasks.
- Escalate queries and report metrics appropriately.
- Track and report quality, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Achieve daily targets and maintain required quality.
- Work in rotating shifts with flexibility.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills, analytical abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Follow ethical standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Report to the manager and, during engagements, to the Team Lead or Review Manager.
Eligibility
LLB (three- or five-year program). LLM optional. Final year results should not be pending for freshers.
