Details of the Job/Internship
Bharti AXA Life Insurance is hiring an Associate Manager – Legal with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai (BKC, Head Office).
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract processes including drafting, negotiating, and overseeing various agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with IRDAI guidelines and other regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, IT, and HR.
- Maintain centralized contract records with audit-ready precision.
- Resolve contractual disputes and support vendor performance.
- Conduct stakeholder training and drive process improvements.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B); LL.M or CS with legal background is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, data privacy, outsourcing norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CLM tools and digital contracting workflows.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
