Details of the Job/Internship
Bharti AXA Life Insurance is hiring an Associate Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai (BKC). The role involves handling end-to-end contract processes, including drafting, negotiating, and managing vendor agreements, NDAs, distribution agreements, and service-level contracts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure contracts comply with IRDAI guidelines and other regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, IT, and HR.
- Maintain centralized contract records with audit-ready precision.
- Resolve contractual disputes and support vendor performance.
- Conduct stakeholder training and drive process improvements.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B).
- LL.M or CS with legal background is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in non-litigation matters, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, data privacy, outsourcing norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in CLM tools and digital contracting workflows.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
