Details of the Job/Internship
INNOIPS is hiring for the position of Legal Associate (Media, Entertainment, Sports & Esports Law) with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to media, entertainment, sports, and esports.
- Support the Founder’s Office in legal research, policy analysis, and strategy papers on emerging issues in these industries.
- Work on contracts, licensing, and compliance matters specific to media content, broadcasting, event management, and esports governance.
- Coordinate with clients, regulators, and industry bodies on queries and project requirements.
- Engage in cross-domain work spanning technology law, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution as required.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. (recent graduate or up to 1 year PQE).
- Strong interest or demonstrable experience (internships, moot courts, research, or projects).
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Comfort with client-facing communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for new-age sectors and ability to adapt in a fast-moving professional environment.
