RKS Associate is hiring a Legal Associate – Non-Litigation (Real Estate) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their Mumbai office at Nariman Point or the suburban office at Juhu.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support non-litigation legal operations in the real estate sector.
- Handle real estate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Review and vet legal documents.
Eligibility
- Solicitor / LLB / LLM.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Company, Law Firm, or Solicitor’s Office.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
- Fluency in Marathi.
- Well-versed in property laws, transaction structuring, regulatory compliance (RERA, IBC), and document vetting.
