Details of the Job/Internship

Growthify is hiring a Legal Associate (Non-Litigation) with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling non-litigation legal work, including drafting, compliance, legal research, and coordination related to revenue, corporate, and business laws, along with basic ITR-related processes across multiple Indian states.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, notices, declarations, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and preparing structured legal opinions on non-litigation matters.
• Handling compliance requirements related to revenue laws, corporate laws, business registrations, and multi-state regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinating and supporting filing of ITR-related documents and basic tax compliance activities.
• Assisting in due diligence, statutory compliance, and verification of legal documentation.
• Communicating with clients, authorities, and internal teams for smooth execution of legal processes.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of applicable laws across various Indian states.
• Preparing reports, summaries, and documentation for management and clients.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in non-litigation legal work.
• Candidate from Gujarat is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of state-specific and all-India laws.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, business law, revenue law, and basic ITR processes.
• Excellent drafting, vetting, documentation, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
