Details of the Job/Internship

Growthify is hiring a Legal Associate (Non-Litigation) with 1–3 years of experience. The role requires strong working knowledge of Revenue Law, Business Law, and Corporate Law, along with an understanding of ITR-related processes and multi-state legal compliances.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including contracts, agreements, notices, and declarations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare structured legal opinions on non-litigation matters.
• Handle compliance requirements under revenue laws, corporate laws, business registrations, and multi-state regulations.
• Coordinate and support filing of ITR-related documents and basic tax compliance activities.
• Assist in due diligence, statutory compliance, and verification of legal documentation.
• Communicate with clients, authorities, and internal teams for smooth legal execution.
• Stay updated on laws applicable across various Indian states.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for management and clients.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in non-litigation legal work.
• Candidate from Gujarat preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state-specific and all-India laws.
• Good understanding of Corporate Law, Business Law, Revenue Law, and basic ITR processes.
• Strong drafting, vetting, research, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
