Details of the Job/Internship
SKS Enterprises - Human Resource Planning and Management is hiring a Technology & Process Improvement Engineer with experience of 2-5 years to join their office in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents including agreements, contracts, and policies.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including IFSC regulations.
- Support in handling compliance and regulatory advisory for clients operating in GIFT City.
- Assist in company incorporation, structuring, and documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist in filings, approvals, and documentation.
- Support senior lawyers in transaction advisory, due diligence, and client deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records.
Eligibility
- LL.B (Mandatory).
- LL.M or relevant specialisation (Preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory setup.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Exposure to financial services, IFSC, and regulatory frameworks will be an added advantage.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
