Details of the Job/Internship

Bathiya Legal is hiring a Legal Associate – Patent to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling Indian and foreign patent prosecution, drafting patent documents, and conducting patent-related analysis before the Indian Patent Office and international jurisdictions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, filing, and prosecuting Indian patent applications.
• Preparing responses to First Examination Reports and attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
• Handling foreign patent applications, including PCT, US, EP, and other jurisdictions, through coordination with overseas counsel.
• Drafting patent specifications, claims, and amendments.
• Conducting patentability and prior art analysis.

Salary/Stipend
