Details of the Job/Internship

Bathiya Legal is hiring a Patent Associate. The role involves drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in India and foreign jurisdictions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, filing, and prosecuting Indian patent applications.
• Preparing responses to First Examination Reports and attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
• Handling foreign patent applications, including PCT, US, EP, and other jurisdictions, through coordination with overseas counsel.
• Drafting patent specifications, claims, and amendments.
• Conducting patentability searches and prior art analysis.

Salary/Stipend
