Details of the Job/Internship

eLearnPOSH, powered by Succeed Technologies, is hiring a Legal Associate & POSH Product Manager with experience of 3+ years to lead and enhance its POSH solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Vet contracts, partnership agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Provide legal opinions and support on client, product, and content-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with POSH laws and workplace harassment regulations.
• Draft terms of use, privacy policies, disclaimers, and legal notices.
• Manage the eLearnPOSH product line, including design, development, and delivery.
• Develop and review eLearning modules aligned with POSH laws and best practices.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and legal experts for content accuracy.
• Conduct webinars, live sessions, and certification programs.
• Respond to client queries and provide guidance on POSH implementation.
• Develop knowledge bases, newsletters, and engagement tools.
• Drive innovation in POSH awareness through new content formats and technology solutions.
• Track updates in Indian and relevant international laws.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of the POSH Act, 2013 and related laws.
• Excellent legal drafting and contract review skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest or experience in eLearning, content development, or product management.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Experience in POSH training, certification, or as an external member is desirable.
• Familiarity with SaaS, edtech, or compliance products is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
