Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy and Wisemen LLP is hiring a Legal Manager (0–1 years PQE) to join its in-house legal team in New Delhi. This is not a litigation or court-attending role but an in-house position focused on litigation tracking, compliance, and coordination.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day litigation tracking and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with advocates across India for case progress and updates.
• Liaise with internal teams and external counsel for case management.
• Prepare and maintain case trackers, compliance dashboards, and MIS using Excel.
• Ensure timely filings, documentation, and compliance with procedural requirements.
• Conduct preliminary legal research and provide support on procedural laws.

Eligibility

• LL.B. graduate from a recognized university.
• 0–1 years PQE (fresh graduates may apply).
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and meet deadlines.

 

Salary/Stipend

25,000/- per month during probation; 30,000/- per month post-probation.
