Details of the Job/Internship
Acelegal is hiring a Legal Associate for its Transactions wing on a full-time, on-site basis in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft real estate transaction documents.
- Conduct due diligence reviews for property matters.
- Ensure compliance with RERA requirements.
- Handle real estate law matters in Maharashtra with corporate law linkage.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a recognized law school with sanad from BCMG.
- Minimum two years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of MahaRERA.
- Prior experience in real estate law in Maharashtra.
- Proficiency in Marathi is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
