Details of the Job/Internship

Acelegal is hiring a Legal Associate-Real Estate with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Associate will be responsible for completing tasks within the domain of Real Estate Law in Maharashtra with a nexus with Corporate Law. The role involves drafting real estate documents, conducting due diligence reviews and RERA compliance.

Eligibility

• Graduate from a recognised law school along with sanad from BCMG.
•  PQE: 2+ years.
•  Understanding of MahaRERA.
• Previous experience in Real Estate Law in Maharashtra.
• Proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Salary/Stipend
