Details of the Job/Internship

Champions Group is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 1+ years to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

Legal Documentation:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, sale agreements, lease agreements, etc.
• Conducting legal due diligence on properties and reviewing title documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of property transaction documents.
• Liaising with external legal professionals as needed.

Legal Advisory:

• Providing legal advice related to property transactions, compliance, and regulations.
• Assisting in dispute resolution or legal proceedings related to real estate transactions.

Compliance & Regulations:

• Keeping track of and ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Managing paperwork for property registrations and filings.
