Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy and Wisemen LLP is hiring an Associate - Real Estate (A1) with experience of 1-2 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Review and analyze property-related documents, including title deeds, agreements, encumbrances, and compliance records.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on applicable real estate laws, rules, and regulatory developments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate law or related legal practice.
• Strong understanding of property laws, land due diligence, and real estate transactions.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joining availability is required.

Salary/Stipend
