Details of the Job/Internship
IndoSpace is hiring an AVP – Legal (Land Acquisitions) with 10–12 years of experience to support land acquisition transactions across India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end closure of land acquisition transactions.
- Manage negotiations, documentation, and execution stages independently.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in transactions.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and legal frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams including investment, finance, and projects.
- Coordinate with landowners, external counsel, and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and enforceability of transaction documents.
- Maintain high documentation and audit standards.
- Improve legal processes and contribute to scalable frameworks.
Eligibility
- 10–12 years of experience in real estate legal transactions.
- Strong expertise in land acquisitions and due diligence.
- Proven experience in closing complex transactions independently.
- Exposure to commercial real estate, IPC, or law firms.
