Details of the Job/Internship
Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate with 3+ years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departments and landowners for collecting property-related documents.
- Compile and analyze documents; identify and report additional requirements to management.
- Draft legal documents including title opinions, MOUs, JDAs, sale deeds, agreements, notices, and complaints.
- Reconcile and settle landowner accounts in coordination with the Accounts Department.
- Liaise with authorities for obtaining revenue documents and filing RTI applications as required.
- Prepare and manage court-related documentation and pleadings; represent the company before various authorities.
- Follow up with external counsel and maintain court diaries and judgments.
- Maintain legal documentation and track litigation for land bank and new acquisitions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LLB); Master’s in Law or Business Law preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
