Details of the Job/Internship
Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate with over 4 years of relevant experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departments and landowners to obtain property details and documents.
- Compile and analyze documentation for management review.
- Draft legal documents including title opinions, MOUs, JDAs, sale deeds, agreements, notices, complaints, and public/legal communications.
- Coordinate with landowners and the accounts department for payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Support the liaison department in securing revenue documents and filing RTI applications.
- Prepare control sheets for court matters, draft pleadings, and represent the company before authorities.
- Follow up with external advocates on pending cases and maintain a court diary.
- Obtain and file judgments, orders, and decrees.
- Maintain land bank and project-wise legal documentation.
- Compile suit-filed accounts and statements for new property acquisitions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LLB), preferably with a Master’s in Law or Business Law.
- 4+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Ability to read Kannada is mandatory.
