Details of the Job/Internship
Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves drafting legal documents, coordinating with departments, managing land-related documentation, and handling litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departments and landowners to obtain necessary property details and documents.
- Draft legal documents including title flow, title opinion, MOUs, agreements, notices, and complaints adhering to statutory requirements.
- Work with landowners and accounts teams on payment reconciliation and account settlements.
- Liaise with the revenue department to secure property documents.
- Manage court matters, file pleadings, and represent the company before authorities.
- Follow up with external advocates on pending cases and maintain the court diary.
- Maintain legal documentation for land banks and projects and prepare statements for new property acquisitions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LLB), preferably with a Master’s in Law or Business Law.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
