Details of the Job/Internship

Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate with 3+ years of relevant experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Documentation and coordination with various departments and landowners to obtain necessary property details and documents.
• Compile available documents, identify documentation gaps, and present findings to Management.
• Draft legal documents such as preliminary title flow, title opinion, MOU, Joint Development Agreement, Sale Deed, Agreement to Sell, Agreement to Build, reply notices, public notices, and police complaints, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with Landowners and Accounts Department for timely payments, reconcile landowner accounts, and manage settlements post-project completion.
• Liaise with the Liaison Department to secure revenue documents including RTCs, ECs, and RTI applications if needed.
• Maintain control sheets for court matters, prepare and file pleadings, and represent the company before civil, criminal, revenue, and other authorities.
• Follow up with external advocates on pending cases, maintain court diaries, and obtain and file court judgments and decrees.
• Manage land bank and project-wise legal documentation; compile suit-filed accounts and prepare statements related to new property acquisitions.

Eligibility

Bachelor of Law (LLB), preferably with a Master’s in Law or Business Law, and 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
