Details of the Job/Internship

Right and Left Legal is hiring a Legal Associate (Registration Expert) to join its Pune office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving property registration advisory, legal documentation, and compliance support in real estate matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and review legal documents related to property and real estate transactions.
• Provide expert advice on property registration and related legal processes.
• Analyse legal issues and assess risks to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Address client queries and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of work.
• Work effectively under deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Sound understanding of property and real estate laws.
• Knowledge of property registration processes; prior experience in real estate matters is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
