Details of the Job/Internship
Moneyview is hiring a Legal Associate for its Regulatory and Product Advisory team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise business teams on legal and regulatory frameworks for existing and new products.
- Assist in structuring new fintech products and technology initiatives.
- Provide guidance on BFSI regulations, including data protection, privacy, and information security.
- Support implementation of the DPDP Act (data mapping, consent frameworks, training).
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (partner, referral, and vendor contracts).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, advisors, legal counsel).
- Manage multiple projects and regulatory requirements effectively.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of PQE.
- Experience in drafting, research, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in fintech / TMT practice at a law firm or in-house fintech role preferred.
